Perez optimistic about Real Madrid's ability to qualify against Atalanta

Real Madrid is preparing to face their Italian counterpart, Atalanta, in the round of 16 of the Champions League on 24 February.

Before that, Real Madrid will play against Wicca next Saturday in La Liga, then against Getafe, Valencia, and Valladolid, respectively in la Liga.

Although the royal team has provided some not-so-good levels recently and continues to suffer defeats in La Liga this season, optimism dominates the club's president Florentino Pérez.

Spain's Defensa Central, a Madrid-based network, reported that Perez is optimistic about the team and its ability to make a good game and come up with a positive result from facing the Italian team outside the rules.

Perez believes that he will watch the strong version of Real Madrid against Atalanta, just as the team played a strong match against Barcelona in the Clásico, and against Inter Milan in Italian territory in the group stage, and he thinks that the Champions League will turn players into monsters as usual.

The Madrid president is currently in quarantine after being diagnosed with the new Coronavirus, but he has no symptoms.
