Real Madrid lose Carvajal services for two months

The Spanish newspaper Marca shocked Real Madrid fans about the duration of the absence of the club's first-team football star, Dani Carvajal, from the team in the coming period.

Marca explained that Carvajal could be absent from the field for up to two months, as the injury was worse than expected with the player suffering from tendon damage.

The player received an injury during his team's match against Valencia on Sunday, in the victory of Real Madrid, 2 goals without reply, to undergo medical examinations this morning and the results come out and confirm the presence of a muscle tear in the right thigh.

The Madrid newspaper pointed out that the damage of the tendons will keep the player away from the green rectangle for eight weeks, useful as an injury similar to that suffered by Rodrigo, but not to the same degree of danger.

In any case, Marca expected the player to be absent for two months if not more, with further medical examinations in the next two days on the site of the injury.

Carvajal suffered an injury at the end of November and missed four games before being injured again on 2 January against Celta de Vigo and, after recovering, received an injury immediately against Valencia.
